1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hi97 ("hi97", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at hi97.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, instant-win games, account management, and all associated deposit and withdrawal functionality.

By completing the hi97 account registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up, or by accessing any platform feature after registration, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the hi97 platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on hi97.io, including the hi97 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional document shall take precedence only in respect of that specific promotion, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active account on the hi97 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hi97 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a hi97 employee or contractor where such relationship could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You must not have a pre-existing hi97 account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law.

hi97 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued birth certificate. Where age verification documents are requested, access to deposit and withdrawal functions will be suspended until the verification process is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a verification request may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on hi97. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. hi97 is not responsible for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.1 One Account Per Household

hi97 permits only one registered account per household address. Where multiple accounts are found to share a household address, device, or payment method, hi97 may treat such accounts as related and apply restrictions accordingly, including the voiding of bonuses claimed across those accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

hi97 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any time:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds ৳10,000. hi97 may at its discretion request KYC documentation at lower thresholds or at any time without providing a specific reason.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hi97 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. hi97 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone support.

You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including using a strong and unique password that is not shared with any other online service, enabling SMS two-factor authentication where offered, and logging out of your account after each session on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify hi97 support immediately at [email protected]. hi97 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

hi97 monitors account login patterns and reserves the right to temporarily lock an account and require additional identity verification where unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to logins from new geographic locations, multiple failed login attempts, or rapid changes to account settings.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

hi97 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet payments and the equivalent of USD $5 for cryptocurrency deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above ৳500,000 in a single transaction may trigger enhanced due diligence checks.

All deposits to hi97 must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the originating player account being reviewed.

5.1 Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to credit depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits credit upon reaching the minimum required on-chain confirmations (one confirmation for USDT TRC-20; three confirmations for Bitcoin).

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. hi97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the depositing method without a documented and approved change-of-method request submitted to the support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within five business minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast to the network within 30 minutes of approval.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The player's account must be in good standing with no outstanding verification requests.
• Any active bonus funds in the account must have completed their applicable wagering requirements, or the player must elect to forfeit the bonus balance prior to withdrawal.
• The player must not have any active self-exclusion or account restriction in place.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per day and up to ৳1,000,000 per calendar month. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

hi97 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum of 30× the bonus amount must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated explicitly in each promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Time Limit: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus credit date. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games typically contribute 10%. • Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

hi97 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — through techniques including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account wagering — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hi97 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the sport, competition, and market concerned. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the hi97 system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirming placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), hi97 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified and the stake returned.
• hi97 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, matches, or players without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event at hi97's sole discretion.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the period specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Cricket markets follow ICC playing conditions as a baseline, with sport-specific rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series published separately in the Sportsbook Help section.

9. Casino & Slots Rules

All hi97 Casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and all slots and RNG games — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game's interface. The following general casino rules apply:

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the long-run theoretical return and does not guarantee a specific outcome in any individual session.
• Malfunctions in game software void all associated plays and stakes are returned. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the round outcome as recorded by the live dealer studio's system is final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi97 platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair mechanical advantage in sports betting or casino games.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting using hi97 bonus funds.
• Opening or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) in any form.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Facilitating gambling on behalf of another person, including accepting deposits or making withdrawals on a third party's behalf.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity through the hi97 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software for financial gain. Any gains realised through exploitation of a software error will be reversed and the account reviewed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hi97 support staff or other platform users.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your hi97 account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hi97 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of hi97 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any hi97 intellectual property.

Game software and assets provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are licensed to hi97 for platform use only. Players receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

12. Privacy & Data

hi97's collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the hi97 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. hi97 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. hi97 may share data with regulated identity verification partners, payment processors, and anti-fraud service providers as necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of legal obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

hi97 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-service tools available in the Account Settings section of the hi97 platform, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined short-term period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days).

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Losses sustained during periods of market suspension, event cancellation, or late settlement.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

hi97's aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

15. Termination & Suspension

hi97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months, subject to a dormancy notification being sent to the registered email address.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may close your hi97 account at any time by submitting a closure request to [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law as applied in international online gaming jurisdictions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hi97's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm or irreparable damage.
